Salvo’s Pizza is bringing a second location for its Taste of NY restaurant concept to Brentwood. The new spot will be at 15541 Old Hickory Blvd in Nipper’s Corner shopping center.

The concept’s first location is in downtown Nashville. Its menu features New York-style pizza, spaghetti, lasagna, chicken parmigiana and eggplant parmigiana. Its dessert menu offers Italian favorites like tiramisu and cannolis.

Salvo’s Pizza has four other locations in Franklin, Hermitage, Smyrna and Spring Hill. The company makes its ingredients fresh in the store each day, including the dough, sauce and cheeses.

Construction thus far has included a full revamp of the interior, creation of the counter and kitchen area and implementation of new appliances and equipment, according to updates on the new location’s Instagram page.

As of now, the ownership has not announced an official opening date. However, the restaurant has said the location is “coming soon.”

What Now Nashville has reached out to the Taste of NY ownership for more information on the timeline but has yet to receive a response. Stay tuned for updates on this upcoming location.
