Moxies is advancing preparations for its first Tennessee location at 40 Peabody Street, Suite 125, Nashville. Metro Nashville ePermits records show that an electrical sign permit for the planned restaurant was issued on October 15, 2026, marking a recent milestone as the brand prepares to enter the Nashville market.

According to Moxies’ official website, the restaurant brand specializes in upscale-casual dining, with a menu of globally inspired dishes and handcrafted cocktails. Its offerings span several familiar categories, giving diners options for a meal or a more relaxed visit for food and drinks.

The official Moxies menu includes appetizers, salads, burgers, sandwiches, steaks, seafood, pasta and bowls. The brand also features cocktails and other beverages as part of its dining experience.

Moxies lists Nashville as a coming-soon location on its official restaurant page. The Peabody Street address places the planned restaurant in the Peabody Union development, bringing the Canadian-born concept to downtown Nashville.

The October sign-permit issuance is a current indication of progress at the site, but it does not confirm that all construction or other pre-opening requirements are complete. Moxies has not announced a confirmed opening date in the available information.

More details about the Nashville restaurant’s debut are expected as preparations continue.
