Nicoletto’s Pasta Co. is expanding to Mt. Juliet with a third restaurant planned for 11324 Lebanon Road.
The new location is under construction and is targeting a fall 2026 opening, according to the Nashville Business Journal. At about 3,000 square feet, it will be Nicoletto’s largest restaurant to date.
Brothers Ryan and Danny Nicoletto started the company more than a decade ago, first selling dried pasta and sauces at farmers’ markets and to local restaurants. The Mt. Juliet restaurant will become the company’s third operating location, joining East Nashville at 2905A Gallatin Pike and Donelson at 2619 Lebanon Pike.
The new restaurant will follow Nicoletto’s fast-casual format, with fresh pasta bowls, chicken parmesan, gnocchi bolognese, mac and cheese, Italian beef sandwiches, meatball subs, and salads. Customers can build their own pasta bowls.
The Mt. Juliet location will also bring a few additions to the concept. Plans call for an expanded Italian specialty market, a coffee and espresso bar, and beer and wine service. The market will carry pantry items along with Nicoletto’s own small-batch, bronze-cut dried pasta and sauces.
“Carrying our family name and traditions to MJ is a massive milestone for us,” the company shared in an Instagram announcement.
A specific grand opening date has not yet been announced.
