Construction is underway for First Watch at 3083 Wilma Rudolph Blvd. in Clarksville, where the breakfast, brunch and lunch concept is replacing the former Shoney’s restaurant, according to Clarksville Now. The project marks the brand’s entry into the Clarksville market following its expansion around the Nashville area, Clarksville Now reported.
According to First Watch’s website, the chain’s menu includes traditional breakfast plates as well as contemporary brunch dishes, with restaurants operating during the day rather than serving dinner.
First Watch’s online menu features dishes including The Traditional, which comes with cage-free eggs and a choice of breakfast meats, as well as breakfast tacos, lemon ricotta pancakes, French toast and specialty egg sandwiches, according to the company’s website.
The menu also includes choices for various dietary preferences, along with beverages such as fresh-squeezed juices and coffee.
First Watch also offers rotating seasonal menus, according to the company’s website. Its summer selections feature limited-time dishes built around fresh, bright flavors, giving customers additional choices alongside the regular menu.
WhatNow Nashville reached out to First Watch for more details regarding the opening but did not receive a reply at the time of publication.
