Known for their pink flamingo branding and all-day frozen rosé (aka frosé), The Co-Op has made a name for itself at its first Nashville location in Hillsboro Village. Now, the restaurant plans to open another location in The Gulch at 401 12th Ave. S. around late March 2023.
“We absolutely love the energy we feel every time we visit The Gulch. It has an incredible vibe about it. I’ve met so many amazing locals as well as tourists that spend time in The Gulch and we can’t wait to be part of it. I think it’s just Nashville in general, when in Hillsboro Village & on Broadway, the people have just been so enjoyable,” Jess Patterson, owner of The Co-Op, told What Now Nashville.
According to the Instagram and Facebook pages for The Co-Op, construction efforts have been moving along smoothly and they are currently hiring for all positions for their new location. Instagram posts also show a sneak-peek at the inside of the new restaurant, complete with a large Dolly Parton mural and neon signs on the walls to fit their party-centric aesthetic.
The Co-Op opened its first Nashville location last year. The company is based in Charleston, South Carolina, where it has four other locations. There is also a location in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
The food menu at the new location in The Gulch is expected to offer breakfast sandwiches, avocado toast, turkey club sandwiches, tuna and egg salad sandwiches, as well as a kids menu.
