Fabletics is preparing to open a new store at 163 Opry Mills Drive, Suite SP 541, according to a recently issued commercial building permit filed with the Metro Nashville Department of Codes and Building Safety.

Issued on June 23, 2026, the permit covers the interior build-out of a 3,112-square-foot retail space at Opry Mills. The scope of work includes new sales and back-of-house areas, updated finishes, merchandise fixtures, a modified storefront, and architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical improvements. The project carries a reported construction value of $350,000.

According to the Fabletics website, the global activewear brand offers performance apparel, footwear, and accessories for women and men. Its product lineup includes leggings, sports bras, tops, joggers, shorts, outerwear, athletic shoes, and other fitness essentials. The retailer also offers a VIP membership program that provides exclusive pricing and additional shopping benefits.

Founded in 2013, Fabletics combines an online shopping platform with a growing network of brick-and-mortar stores, giving customers the option to shop in-store or digitally while accessing personalized styles and exclusive member offers.
