Set in a high-profile plaza, an upcoming dessert cafe in Baton Rouge is set to offer sweet crepes, dessert waffles, mini pancakes, specialty lattes, milkshakes, and more. Crepe Haven at 7474 Corporate Blvd. in Baton Rouge is currently hiring staff. It is slated to be open from Monday to Sunday, but an opening date has not been announced. The new dessert shop is coming to a large plaza in Baton Rouge that has seen high-profile comings and goings in recent months. Most notably, long-time tenant Serop’s Café announced in December that it would be closing its location in the plaza after 25 years. In February, the popular Lafayette-based Dumpling Hour announced that it would be putting a location in the plaza.
