Parish Biscuit Co. is expanding in Louisiana with plans to open a second location in Baton Rouge.
The new restaurant will be at 220 W Lee Dr according to a city filing. The company also made an announcement on Facebook this week, revealing that ‘the secret is finally out’ and sharing that the new location is currently under construction.
While an exact opening date has not been announced, Parish Biscuit Co. said the new restaurant is expected to open in late summer or early fall. Parish Biscuit Co. is well known for its scratch-made, ultra-fluffy buttermilk biscuits and creative Cajun-Southern biscuit sandwiches.
Owner Steven Laborde told WhatNow Media Group they are excited to bring Parish Biscuit Co to Baton Rouge and introduce their unique breakfast, brunch, and lunch concept to the community. “Guests can expect scratch-made Southern-inspired dishes with a Louisiana twist, including our signature oversized biscuits, creative breakfast and brunch offerings, fresh cocktails, specialty mimosas, and a welcoming atmosphere.
“Our goal is to create a place where families, friends, and professionals can enjoy high-quality food and genuine hospitality seven days a week,” he said.
Laborde added the Baton Rouge location will feature the same commitment to quality and hospitality that has made its Lafayette restaurant a local favorite, while providing additional seating and an inviting space designed specifically for the Baton Rouge market.
