The French Address, a prominent Northshore custom furniture brand, is preparing to open a standalone storefront in the heart of downtown Covington. Scheduled to open this fall, the new showroom at 607 E Boston St. be a major upgrade from The French Address’ current location in Covington’s Clayton House Marketplace. Founded in 2010 as a gift shop, The French Address has since become a recognized manufacturer of handcrafted furniture built from locally sourced woods. The company’s custom pieces, which have earned multiple Best of St. Tammany awards, will remain a centerpiece of the new location. However, the Boston Street storefront will place a greater emphasis on curated décor and original artwork.
