KYURAMEN, one of the nation’s fastest-growing ramen brands in the U.S, is introducing Kyuramen Express, a new fast-casual concept designed to bring its signature Japanese comfort food to guests in a faster, more convenient format. The first Kyuramen Express location will open in late summer 2026 at 40 Gold Street New York, NY 10038 in Manhattan’s Financial District, marking an exciting new chapter in the KYURAMEN’s continued growth.
Kyuramen Express will introduce a new way to experience the Kyuramen brand, offering a curated selection of fan-favorite dishes alongside new offerings. Guests can expect a variety of Japanese comfort food favorites on the menu including ramen, rice bowls, sushi, and combo meals created exclusively for the new concept.

Kyuramen Express will be part of a new multi-brand dining destination in the heart of Lower Manhattan, bringing together three complementary culinary concepts under one roof. In addition to Kyuramen Express, guests will be able to experience Aokō Matcha, offering premium Japanese matcha beverages and desserts, and Bao Dumplings, an eatery specialized in handcrafted dumplings, steamed buns, and signature rice bowls inspired by beloved Chinese comfort foods. The new space will allow guests to explore multiple dining options within one shared dining environment, creating a new destination for lunch, dinner, takeout, and delivery.
Ahead of its opening, Kyuramen Express is now hiring dedicated individuals to join the team for a variety of front- and back-of-house positions including kitchen staff, cooks, baristas, and more.
