A nationally recognized off-price retailer is coming to the Brooklyn Navy Yard.

Burlington recently signed a 31,717-square-foot lease at 25 Navy St. within the Admirals Row campus, according to Traded NY.

“We’re looking forward to expanding our footprint within the Brooklyn community and offering shoppers great deals on an even wider selection of brand-name merchandise for the entire family and home,” a spokesperson told Whatnow New York City.

Burlington offers an extensive selection of in-season, high-quality merchandise at up to 60% off other retailers’ prices, including fashion-focused women’s apparel, menswear, youth apparel, baby, beauty, footwear, accessories, home, toys, gifts and coats.

The store began as a single shop operating out of a factory in Burlington, New Jersey. Today, the chain has more than 1,000 locations nationwide, including 80 in New York state and eight in Brooklyn. The new location will further expand Burlington’s growing footprint.

The spokesperson said the store has yet to set an official opening date.
