Baal Perazim Wellness, Inc. has voluntarily filed for Chapter 11 protection in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Court records show that the Chicago-based company faces several unsecured creditor claims.

Court records, as available on PACER, show that the company submitted its petition on September 30. Dr. Maurice A. Brownlee, the company’s CEO, who is also its authorized representative in the bankruptcy, signed the petition before it was filed.
