The petition showed that Clearly Amazing Outlook LLC has opted for a Subchapter V filing. Clearly Amazing Outlook LLC made this move after almost 13 years of its establishment.

New York-based Empire Facility Management LLC submitted its petition on February 27. Filing records showed that the company was classified as a ‘small business debtor.’ The property management and cleaning company has over 20 years of combined staff experience.
