It’s National Pizza Month, and Domino’s on Monday announced the launch of a nationwide promotion to celebrate. Beginning today, participating Domino’s locations will offer 50% off all pizzas.

The deal is the largest pizza company in the world’s way of officially commemorating the designation of October’s month-long claim for pizza. The discount is available nationwide for one week, from October 5 through October 11.

Customers who order in-store, online, or through the app can receive the 50% discount in honor of the appointment that dates back to 1987.

“There’s no better time to enjoy your favorite Domino’s pizza than during our 50% off week,” Kate Trumbull, Domino’s executive vice president and chief marketing officer said in a release. “Whether you’re feeding the family, watching football with friends, planning a game night or simply treating yourself, we’re making it easier to enjoy the pizzas you love for less. And with the Domino included in this offer, customers can take advantage of a truly fantastic deal on one of our most premium pizzas.”

Special Inclusion of Fan Favorite

Also included in this year’s discount is “The Domino.” The personal size Detroit-style pizza has never before been included by Domino’s in half-off week. This fan-favorite is perfect for those dining solo. It offers a buttery dough that has Parmesan cheese throughout then baked to achieve a crispy edge. It is then finished with signature toppings.

The special offer extends through the menu with and includes all styles of pies and all customizations according to a press release. Pizza lovers can create their pies however they want and still get the discount. Available toppings include sausage, pineapple, bacon, and ham, while eligible crust options include Stuffed, New York Style, and Handmade. Even gluten free alternatives are available at half the original cost.

Domino’s latest campaign comes after the chain reported global sales increased 3% last quarter and store growth achieved 209 stores in the U.S. and internationally. Company CEO Russell Weiner highlighted the chain’s growth can be seen in orders via both delivery and carryout orders!

“In the second quarter, Domino’s drove meaningful order count growth,” said Weiner. “I believe order growth is the most important driver of long-term success in our business. In a quarter where the broader U.S. QSR industry continued to face pressure on consumer demand, Domino’s generated order count growth across both our delivery and carryout businesses, bringing millions of new customers to our brand.

Domino’s is one of the world’s largest pizza companies. Domino’s stores across the globe sell an average of 4 million pizzas a day.

The 50% off priced promotion is available beginning Oct. 5 through Oct. 11 at most locations throughout the country.
