Construction is underway on a new 7 Leaves Cafe location in Orange, according to a post on There’s No Place Like Orange’s social media. The coffee and tea chain is taking over a shuttered Walgreens pharmacy at the corner of Prospect Street and Chapman Avenue.
The Orange location will add another Southern California outpost for 7 Leaves Cafe, a Vietnamese American-owned beverage brand known for its coffee, tea and specialty drinks. According to the company’s website, the menu includes Vietnamese Coffee, House Special Coffee, Jasmine Milk Tea, Thai Tea, and other signature beverages.
The company was founded in Southern California and has expanded its footprint across the region and beyond. Its menu also features matcha, fruit teas, and specialty coffee drinks.
The new cafe will occupy the former Walgreens property, where construction is currently underway. The Orange County Register reported on September 21 that the project is among several business developments in the area.
An opening date for the Orange location has not been announced. Additional details about the new cafe, including its anticipated debut, have yet to be disclosed.
7 Leaves Cafe currently operates multiple locations throughout Southern California, according to the company’s website. The Orange project will bring the brand to the intersection of Prospect Street and Chapman Avenue, adding a new beverage concept to the property formerly occupied by Walgreens.
