Dutch Bros Coffee is set to open a new location on Magnolia Avenue in Riverside, further solidifying its presence in the Inland Empire. The Riverside Planning Commission recently approved the proposal for the coffee chain’s new shop, a Press Enterprise article states.
The java chain will build a location between Taft and Roosevelt Streets on the south side of Magnolia Avenue. A drive-thru pick-up window will be located on the west side of the proposed building and a walk-up order window and queue will be located on the east side of the building, under a metal canopy.
It is a 0.60-acre project site comprised of three contiguous parcels, which would be developed into a 950-square-foot Dutch Bros Coffee drive-thru with 19 parking spaces and two 12-foot-wide drive-thru lanes with stacking capacity for approximately 15 vehicles.
Records state the concept is anticipated to operate seven days a week from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Up to 24 to 32 employees are anticipated to be employed by the proposed Dutch Bros Coffee, with approximately six to seven employees per shift, on average.
