Slice House by Tony Gemignani is set to open its first Orange County location in Fountain Valley in March 2025, a press release states. The new pizzeria will be located at 18120 Brookhurst Street, within the recently renovated Fountain Valley Plaza shopping center.

The chain offers Gemignani’s renowned New York, Sicilian, Grandma, and Detroit-style pizzas, available by the slice or as whole pies. The menu also includes fresh pasta, wings, salads, and options catering to gluten-free, vegans, and vegetarians.

It will accommodate up to 100 guests, with indoor seating for 65 and an outdoor patio that seats 35. The restaurant will be open daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and offer takeout, online ordering, and delivery services.

Facebook posts from the community showed that the signage went up on the property late last year. It is in an endcap unit that used to be Fire Wings, next to CIR Lounge and a contracting company office.
