Southlake foodies, the countdown has begun. Flower Child, a fast-casual concept that refuses to sacrifice quality or nutrition in its quick serve options, has set an opening date for its newest Dallas location.
The restaurant will be opening at 1239 Main Street, within Southlake Town Square. According to a press release provided to What Now Dallas, Flower Child will be holding its grand opening on April 8, complete with delicious food, fun activities, and community action. Committed to serving its neighbors and doing good where it can, the restaurant will be donating a portion of opening day sales to The Autism Community in Action.
Flower Child comes from the Fox Restaurant Concepts hospitality group. Founder Sam Fox believes the concept and the neighborhood are a perfect fit for each other. He states: “The Dallas community has been so supportive of our restaurants, especially Flower Child. We love becoming part of the cities we serve, and Southlake’s close-knit vibe makes it the perfect fit – whether it’s a quick bite before supporting a local sporting event or a post-workout refuel.”
Flower Child strives to bring vibes and atmosphere as good and welcoming as its food to its community. The restaurant’s interior will be adorned with artwork created by local artists.
Of course, the cuisine is pretty remarkable in its own right. “Residents now have a convenient option for clean, nutritious eating, offering a wide range of customizable bowls, wraps, salads, and mix-and-match veggies, grains, fruits and healthy proteins.” states the press release, adding “The customizable menu features fan-favorite dishes coupled with feel-good indulgences.”
Locals interested in joining the Flower Child team can stop by the restaurant’s job fair, being held from March 17 to March 29, from 10 am to 6 pm.
