Following the planned launch of their first Nobibi location in Cypress, entrepreneurs Refik Youssef and Mina Farag are continuing their momentum with the announcement of a second store. The brand tells What Now OC that they will open a Palm Desert outpost at 34-580 Monterey Ave, Suite 102.

Set to open in August 2025, this Nobibi will be the first in the Coachella Valley. It will be located directly across the street from Cotino, Disney’s highly anticipated Storyliving community in Rancho Mirage that ABC7 reports is set to welcome its first residents soon.

Nobibi has quickly become known for its innovative dessert experience, led by bestsellers like the Dream Cloud Ice Cream, Brown Sugar Boba Milk, and the refreshing Lychee Sparkler. With its mix of visual appeal and bold flavors, the brand has carved a niche among dessert lovers, and the owners already have experience in the industry, running Exotic Snacks.

“We’re building more than just dessert shops—we’re creating destinations,” said Refik and Mina. “Palm Desert is the perfect location for our next Nobibi, especially with the energy and excitement surrounding Cotino. We can’t wait to be part of this growing community and share our passion with new customers.”
