Dutch Bros Coffee, the renowned coffee chain beloved for its quality brews and top-tier customer service, is confirmed as a new tenant in San Jacinto. The company has plans for a new location at Ramona Expressway and State Street, city records show.

With the help of Souza & Souza Construction Inc., the project is already underway. Signs of progress are visible at the site, with cranes present in April, marking the beginning of the project’s “grading” stage.

City Manager Rob Johnson recently shared exciting updates about the Dutch Bros project during a meeting. “Dutch Brothers and Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen have approved water quality management plans and building plans. The project subdivision map was approved for a lot line adjustment at last week’s Planning Commission meeting,” he said.

The project also includes the submission of plans for a Quack Quack Carwash, a McDonald’s restaurant with a drive-thru, and more. San Jacinto approved more than 35,000 square feet of space for additional buildings, but no further retailers have been named yet.
