Growing Southern California poke chain The Poke Co. is continuing its expansion while preparing to open a Tustin location. County records show that the company has plans for the space at 1088 Irvine Blvd.

According to records from the Orange County Health Care Agency’s Environmental Health Division, the business filed documents in late February. Those show The Poke Co. is seeking approval for a food remodel project between 101 and 1,000 square feet.

Known for its fresh poke bowls, specialty drinks, and desserts, the corporation was first established in Fullerton in 2017 by Anthony Sou and his wife, Leanne Le. It has become increasingly popular in the region, expanding its presence to Huntington Beach, Long Beach, and several locations in San Diego.

Additionally, the brand has introduced a spinoff concept, The Poke Co. & Wings, which blends traditional poke offerings with a variety of wing flavors, according to the Daily Bruin. The company did not return requests for comment about this upcoming Tustin store.
