Anaheim’s Korean dining scene is about to welcome a new addition. Ondam Restaurant is preparing to open at 928 N Euclid Street, with plans to debut at the end of July. The new concept will take over the former home of Jo Won Noodle House. Owner Tim Yu recently told WhatNow that construction is nearing completion and that the team is putting the finishing touches on the restaurant’s website ahead of opening.
Unlike many newer Korean concepts that blend multiple culinary influences, Odam will focus on traditional Korean cuisine. According to Yu, the restaurant will feature an extensive menu of approximately 50 items, highlighting a broad selection of classic dishes.
Fans of asian cuisine can expect Korean barbecue, cold noodle dishes, pork specialties, and other authentic Korean favorites that showcase the cuisine’s depth and variety.
“We have about 50 menu items,” Yu shared. “The main menu includes Korean food, cold noodles, barbecue, pork dishes, and many traditional options.”
The restaurant represents another venture for Yu, who is also working on bringing the Yumi Katsu franchise to Tustin. Additional details, including the restaurant’s official website and opening promotions, are expected to be announced as the launch approaches.
As Anaheim continues to see new independent restaurant concepts enter the market, Ondam aims to introduce residents to a comprehensive Korean dining experience centered on traditional flavors and a wide-ranging menu.
