Ostrich Egg Distillery is slated to debut at 129 W Commonwealth Avenue in Fullerton. The long-anticipated project will introduce a new distillery and tasting concept to downtown Fullerton, adding to the city’s growing food and beverage scene.
Owner Michelle Duncan told WhaNow that the timeline is still in development, noting that internal buildout work is ongoing. She added that the project could potentially debut in winter, depending on the pace of construction and remaining preparations.
The upcoming venue is expected to center on small-batch spirit production alongside a curated tasting experience. Plans for the space include a functioning distillery producing core spirits as well as limited experimental releases, positioning the project as both a production facility and a destination for fans of craft spirits.
Ostrich Egg Distillery is also expected to incorporate limited and specialty releases as part of its production program, positioning the project around experimentation within its spirits lineup. The space will function both as a production site and a public-facing destination for customers to experience the brand’s products.
According to the company’s website, Ostrich Egg Distillery has the goal of pushing creative boundaries in spirits, “putting twists on some that will result in one-of-a-kind spirits that will only be available at Ostrich Egg Distillery.”
