The Wine & Cheese Shop on El Paseo, a new gourmet concept, is set to open its doors in Palm Desert. It’s a unique venture that will offer food and drinks at 73280 El Paseo Drive, Suite 1, according to The Desert Sun.

Offering a curated selection of over 50 cheeses, charcuterie boards, wines, and specialty sandwiches, the shop will also feature Pinsas, a unique type of Roman-style pizza with an airy crust. It will also share the space with a coffeehouse that will open at a later date.

Jen Iglehart is the owner of the businesses, according to the company’s Facebook page. Its social media posts have kept customers updated on progress, showing some fixtures going up in September and product arriving last month. Hiring ads were also posted a few months ago.

While waiting for its opening date, The Wine & Cheese Shop on El Paseo is now accepting orders for custom charcuterie boards, for pick-up or delivery. They can be personalized and make the perfect addition to any parties, holiday, or as gifts for clients or hosts.
