Six String Coffee Company is planning an Orange County location at 23011 Moulton Parkway, Suite G-6, according to a county plan-review record and the company’s recent announcements. The coffee company describes itself as a small-batch roaster that combines coffee with its interest in music.

On its website, Six String says its approach centers on small-batch roasting and sourcing beans from around the world. The company says it works directly with farmers and cooperatives and focuses on roasting coffee in small batches.

Its stated concept connects the coffee experience with music, reflected in the company’s Brew It Loud tagline. The business’s website currently features roasted coffee offerings and describes products including its Six String Sampler and a planned Roaster’s Picks subscription.

Six String also says its roasting approach is intended to allow the natural flavors of the coffee to remain prominent, including in its darker roasts. A recent Facebook announcement described the project as the company’s latest and last venture, although additional details about the location and its opening timeline are limited in the publicly accessible announcement.

The company has not publicly provided a confirmed opening date through its website. The available plan-review information indicates the project is moving through the county’s environmental-health review process, while the business continues to develop its coffee and roasting operation.
