Sorry, Not Sorry Creamery is planning a new ice cream shop in Anaheim at 208 Beach Blvd, Suite 110.  The project became public through a plan review filed with the Orange County Health Care Agency. Founded by Drew Belcher, Kevin Whelan, and Timothy Dang, the company makes small-batch ice cream and offers vegan-friendly flavors, according to its website.

Sorry, Not Sorry currently lists five shops in the Las Vegas Valley, including locations on West Flamingo Road, Fremont Street downtown, and in Henderson’s Inspirada community, along with California shops in Cerritos and Long Beach’s Belmont Shore neighborhood.

According to the company’s website, its ice cream is made with dairy from Scott Brothers Dairy, a family-owned farm that has operated for 100 years and raises grass-fed cows without hormones or antibiotics. The shops bake cakes, cookies, and brownies and cook caramels and swirls in-house for use as mix-ins. Scoops are served in cups or on waffle cones made fresh in the shop.

The menu rotates seasonally. The current fall lineup, called the Cozy Coffeehouse Series, includes Cream Cheese Cinnamon Roll, Hazelnut Praline Flat White, London Fog Raspberry Shortbread, and a vegan Toasted Coconut Mocha made with a coconut cream base. All products are made on shared equipment, and the website lists allergen information for each flavor.

The company also offers catering and delivery, according to its website. Its California shops are open daily from noon to 11 p.m., and the Belmont Shore location opened in April 2026, according to the website. An opening date for the Anaheim location has not been announced.
