Natalia Ostensen, the property developer-turned-restaurateur, is currently working on a new, yet-to-be-named concept in a 2,990-square-foot space located at 4106 Newport Pl in Newport Beach and should be open early next year.

Having filed a commercial tenant improvement permit for earlier this year, Ostensen tells What Now Orange County that it’s still too early to say much about the concept, save for the fact that it will serve breakfast, lunch, and happy hour with beer, wine and light bites, and that much like her two existing spots in Irvine – Dandelion Conscious Cafe & Catering, and Andrei’s Conscious Cuisine & Cocktails – “This concept will be similarly focused on local, sustainable, and organic ingredients.”

More details should be available in late summer or early fall.
