A new 7-Eleven may be headed to Beaumont, according to a recently filed alcohol license indicating a planned location at 1405 Beaumont Avenue in Riverside County.
Headquartered in Irving, Texas, 7-Eleven is one of the world’s largest convenience store chains, operating thousands of locations across North America and internationally. The brand is known for offering grab-and-go food, beverages, snacks, fuel services at select locations, and signature products such as the Slurpee.
While details regarding the new Beaumont store’s size, opening timeline, and specific amenities have not yet been announced, the licensing activity suggests the company is moving forward with plans for the site.
Founded in 1927, 7-Eleven has grown into the world’s largest convenience store chain, operating more than 86,000 locations across 19 countries. In addition to its flagship stores, the company oversees brands such as Speedway, Stripes, Laredo Taco Company, and Raise the Roost Chicken & Biscuits.
Known for innovations including 24-hour operations, self-serve fountain drinks, and iconic offerings like the Slurpee and Big Gulp, the retailer remains a major force in the convenience industry. Today, 7-Eleven, Inc. is owned by Japan-based Seven & i Holdings Co., Ltd.
