Bristol and Baker Bottle Shop is eyeing a location at 3001 Bristol Street, Suite A, in Costa Mesa, according to a recent alcohol license filing with the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control. The store will take over the former 7-Eleven spot.

Plans for a new high-end beer and wine concept will also feature a coffee bar, according to owner Fadi Maksoud. The project is expected to focus on craft beer, curated wine selections, and a more elevated retail environment designed around a premium customer experience.

The concept reflects a hybrid approach to beverage retail, combining specialty alcohol offerings with a café-style component. While still in development, the space is intended to offer a refined selection of products and a neighborhood-oriented atmosphere centered on quality and experience.

Maksoud also noted that additional details, including the final layout and offerings, will be determined as the project moves forward and the overall vision is refined.
