If you’re a Titusville resident and you’ve been feeling the absence of Zero Gravity Wine Bar, the wine bar formerly located at 4356 S Hopkins Ave, fear not! A new wine bar is preparing to take its place: Grav South Wine Bar.

“We’re looking at mid-July,” Corinna, an owner of Grav South, told What Now on Tuesday. “We’re a wine bar, but we’re also going to have a larger craft beer selection, along with charcuterie boards, flatbreads.”

After retiring, Corinna says it felt like time to experience working for herself. What better than a wine bar?

“I came here to Zero Gravity Wine Bar since it opened, and when they got a location in Cocoa Beach, which was what they always wanted, we saw that this was an opportunity.”

Asking around the neighborhood about what the regulars would like to see change and what stay the same, Corinna says, “the feedback was that people liked the space and hoped it wouldn’t change much.”

And so, the large mural is staying, and the space will receive some small updates, and some personal touches; overall, if you loved Zero Gravity Wine Bar, you’ll love Grav South.

“We hope to live up to the business the previous owners had created, adding our custom touches, but making sure the neighborhood still feels like they have their place to go. We’re super excited to carry on what they started.”
