Located at 1106 E Colonial Drive, where it was part of Mills Market, Little Saigon closed last year, when its owners retired—and now a new concept from restaurateurs Johnny and Jimmy Tung will soon be taking its place, according to coverage by Orlando Weekly.

The new project, called Mills Night Market, will build on several special events the Tungs have held in the space so far. In February, it was the Lucky Lunar Night Market; in May, it was the AAPI Night Market; and, in July, the Summer Luau Night Market. Launching in early 2027, Mills Night Market will make these festivities into something more permanent.

The Orlando Weekly coverage describes Mills Night Market as involving “multiple new concepts,” along with a cocktail bar serving “craft cocktails, Japanese whiskeys and an extensive sake collection,” and The Mahjong Parlor, “an intimate and hidden room where guests can play the tile-based game while sipping themed cocktails and nibbling light bites.”

What Now reached out to Johnny Tung to ask about the new concepts planned for Mills Night Market and other details about the rollout. Tung could not be reached immediately for comment.
