Nearly 100 years old, Cole Haan is an iconic apparel brand bringing customers footwear and accessories for men and women. This fall, the retailer will be opening a new store at Disney Springs, and according to coverage  published last week by WDW News Today, its location has finally been revealed.

WDW News Today places the the store between Fit2Run and Tommy Bahama, in the space that was occupied by Johnston & Murphy until early last month.

“Cole Haan is an American footwear and accessories brand founded in 1928, known for dress shoes, loafers, sneakers, sandals, and boots, as well as bags, outerwear, and other accessories. The products combine classic American style with comfort-focused design and modern materials, a blending of aesthetic and functionality they describe as ‘future familiar,’” the coverage says.

The Cole Haan website says the brand has been “rooted in craftsmanship, design and comfort since 1928. But that’s not what makes us iconic.”

The source of the brand’s lasting power? Innovation.

“For nearly 100 years, we’ve disrupted the industry; creating innovations in footwear that responded to changing American lives and reshaped the category. Yes, we honor the established, but it’s our irresistible urge to challenge convention that defines us. We believe traditions begin with the audacity to create and celebrate something new. Always inspired by the possibilities of the future, we take the best of timeless American style and reinvent it to make it something better.”

Opening in the Town Center at Disney Springs, Cole Haan will join other major brands, like Coach, Sephora, and Levi’s.
