Located on the southeast corner of North Alafaya Trail and Waterford Lakes Parkway, Waterford Lakes Town Center is a thriving retail center home to retail, restaurant, and entertainment concepts like Target, Bath & Body Works, Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant, and PopStroke.

Now, Waterford Lakes Town Center is preparing to add a new outpost of Total Wine & More to its retail portfolio.

Recent coverage by the Orlando Business Journal describes plans for the Total Wine store in the retail center, which is located at 325 N Alafaya Trail.

“Total Wine & More is taking over a former Office Depot space at a prominent shopping center — joining four other retailers set to open by spring 2027,” the coverage says.

Founded in 1991 by brothers David and Robert Trone in Delaware, Total Wine has expanded to stores all over the country.

“Total Wine & More is America’s destination for spirits, wine, beer and more, and the nation’s largest independent beverage retailer offering an unmatched selection at the lowest prices,” says the Total Wine website. “Our spacious stores feature more than 8,000 wines, 3,000 spirits and 2,500 beers, from everyday favorites to collectible bottles, supported by close relationships with producers, distillers and brewers around the world. Our commitment to selection, service and value has earned us national recognition from Wine Enthusiast, Market Watch and Newsweek for excellence in retail and customer experience.”
