A local hospitality group is preparing to introduce a note of welcoming elegance to the Easton dining scene. Enjoy with Gusto is bringing its latest concept, Albanesi, to the Lehigh Valley this summer, reports local media outlet WFMZ.

The restaurant will be introducing the distinctive flavors of Southern Europe to 235 Ferry Street. The space will be able to accommodate around 54 customers.

Enjoy with Gusto has a long and profound relationship with the local community. Founder Mick Gjevukaj tells What Now Philadelphia: “Having owned restaurants in Easton for the past 22 years, we feel that this type of cuisine and dining concept will be well received by the people in Easton and Lehigh Valley.“

Albanesi will serve a three-course prix fixe menu that highlights Albanian, Balkan, Italian, Mediterranean, and Greek flavors. Samuna bread, served with hummus and dips, will be first to the table. The middle meze course consists of a variety of small plates. Visitors will round out their meals with one of Albanesi’s signature entrees, including roasted lamb shoulder and seafood risotto.

Gjevukaj and the Enjoy with Gusto team will be inviting guests to enjoy a casual but sophisticated dining experience when the restaurant opens in July. A press release provided to What Now Philadelphia sums up Albanesi’s mission statement, saying: “At Albanesi dining is not only about the food; it’s about the moments created around the table. It’s a place where the dining experience is an extension of Albanian generosity and where every meal is a chance to slow down and appreciate the joy of togetherness.”
