New Jersey will soon get a taste of an unusual but delicious flavor fusion that’s already take Florida by storm. Banh Mi Factory, known for wedding Vietnamese and French dining, is making its northeastern debut in Sewell later this year, reports local media outlet 42 Freeway.

The restaurant, which emulates the atmosphere of a Parisian cafe, will be joining the Washington Center Shoppe, occupying a space at 415 Egg Harbor Road #21. Franchisee Vu Hoang tells What Now Philadelphia that he is hoping to open the eatery by mid-July.

The Banh Mi Factory menu is an eclectic mixture of delectable flavors. As customers might expect, it prominently features a wide range of banh mi sandwiches, including grilled chicken, meatball, and veggie variations. Guests can also enjoy pho, eggrolls, and spring rolls. The shop also sells croissants, providing a French twist to the cuisine. Patrons can slake their thirst with fruit teas, milk teas, matcha drinks, and frosties.
