No need to travel to New Orleans for some delicious Cajun cuisine, Lehigh Valley diners. Clam Jam Boil & BBQ, already a popular mobile catering business, is opening its first brick and mortar in Bethlehem this summer, reports local media outlet 69News.

The new eatery will be serving guests at 444 Main Street, in the space vacated by Randevoo in December of last year. While future regulars will have to wait until July 15 for Clam Jam’s opening, the concept will hold various preview pop-ups beginning in late April. These dates will be announced on Clam Jam’s Facebook page, ensuring fans don’t miss an opportunity to dig in to a po’ boy.

The concept will be serving up its southern-style cuisine alongside Lost Tavern Brewing, in that local institution’s taproom.

Clam Jam takes pride in ensuring every meal is prepared fresh. The company’s website states: “Our food will never be cooked the day before and served the following day. Everything is homemade from our main dish to our sides…We take  pride in our food and service and our goal is to make sure our customers and their guest love the food as much as we loved cooking it for them.”
