A popular breakfast chain is preparing to help wake up Marlton. First Watch is bringing the most important meal of the day to the city, reports local media outlet 42 Freeway.

The concept will be opening in a newly erected building in the Marlton Commons, at 101 West Route 70. The building occupies 10,800 square feet, and is segmented for four units, one of which will house First Watch and another will be occupied by Cava.

It is still too early in development to predict an opening date for the restaurant. However, construction is underway.

Since its opening in 1983, First Watch has focused on creating a unique and delicious breakfast, brunch and lunch experience for diners. The restaurant is open from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. daily. The brand’s cuisine has earned it an impressive fan following. There are now 544 First Watch locations in the United States.
