2025 is shaping up to be the year of the foodhall in the Philadelphia dining scene. Gather Food Hall & Bar will begin feeding locals in the Schuylkill Yards development later this year, reports the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The eatery will be occupying 13,000 square feet at 3025 Market Street. Gather Food Hall & Bar will be opening on the ground floor of the Bulletin Building and is poised to open in autumn.

The food hall has undergone a reimagining since it was first announced in December of 2022. Initially slated to feature 16 vendors, Gather will now house 6 Philly-area vendors and a bar. The expansive eatery, helmed by New York-based Hospitality HQ with an assist from Philadelphia’s own Gather Food Hall Management, has not yet revealed what City of Brotherly Love concepts will be providing the food and drink that will be Gather’s bread and butter.

Gather is set to become an essential part of the Philly restaurant scene; beyond just featuring delicious food for locals to nosh on, the concept intends to provide mentorship for up-and-coming restaurateurs.
