Plymouth Meeting shopaholics will soon have access to a quick, healthy burst of energy. The rapidly growing Honeygrow chain is bringing fresh, fast options to the exterior of Plymouth Meeting Mall, reports local media outlet More Than the Curve.

While the restaurant, set to open at 500 West Germantown Pike, has been in development for quite some time, an opening date remains elusive. PREIT, the owner of the Plymouth Meeting Mall, announced the addition of the Honeygrow in October of 2022. There is now a sign for the restaurant posted at the eatery’s future home, however construction has yet to begin. The mall’s website has the Honeygrow listed as “coming soon” and assures visitors that the establishment will be open in 2023.

Honeygrow founder, Justin Rosenberg, opened the first restaurant in 2012 in Philadelphia. The brand’s fast, healthy stir-fries quickly amassed an ardent fanbase, expanding to include 31 locations, from Boston to Washington D.C.

The brand has been actively pursuing growth, particularly in Western Pennsylvania.

Honeygrow offers guests a range of fresh, made-to-order stir-fry options. The restaurant offers an array of dishes created by the eatery or allows visitors the option of cobbling together their own meal, selecting from a variety of proteins, sauces, and mix-ins.
