The mind behind one of Philly’s most innovative restaurant groups is preparing to put his unique spin on Korean cuisine. Justin Jordan, of Home Hospitality, will be opening HYO in Washington Square West, reports The Philadelphia Inquirer.

The entrepreneur plans to put a sophisticated spin on the classic Korean tabletop barbecue in his latest venture, located at 1222 Walnut Street. HYO will occupy two floors; future regulars can look forward to enjoying karaoke and dining on the second floor, with the restaurant component on the street level.

A great deal of information (including an opening date) is not currently available about the new concept. However, Jordan brings a truly staggering history of hospitality success to this latest creative endeavor. In addition to being a managing partner for Home Hospitality, the restaurant and night life vet boast an impressive resume that features stints at the Borgata Hotel and Casino, the Hakkasan Group, Velvet Elite, and no less than Pennsylvania mainstay, Wawa.
