Kaede Sushi & Noodle Co. is set to open on October 15 in Conshohocken. The new restaurant will serve Asian-fusion fare in an upscale yet relaxed setting.

Kaede Sushi & Noodle Co. Arrives in Conshohocken

On the opening night of October 15, Kaede Sushi & Noodle Co. will celebrate its grand opening with complimentary sake. Rick and Gale Mahoney, known locally for Tony & Joe’s and the former Pizza Time, have teamed up with the group behind Kooma Asian Fusion & Sushi Bar.

Together, they’re bringing a new Asian-fusion concept to Conshohocken. Located at 2 Maple Street, Kaede (Kah-day) offers a private, second-floor setting.

“As long-time patrons and business owners in Conshohocken, we have always loved the close-knit community infused with the creative energy that defines this one-of-a-kind town,” said Gale Mahoney.

“We can’t wait to bring Kaede to the local dining scene, to offer an authentic Asian-fusion dining experience that is fun, affordable, and, most importantly, delicious,” Mahoney added.

Fresh Ingredients, New Flavors Define Kaede’s Menu

The menu features sushi, sashimi, and specialty rolls, along with modern takes on classic noodle dishes and appetizers. The menu has updated versions of classic stir-fried noodles and appetizers. Each dish highlights fresh ingredients and contemporary presentation.

The restaurant focuses on fresh, high-quality Asian-fusion dishes with a modern twist. The beverage program includes signature cocktails, a variety of sake options, and a curated wine list.

“Kaede will bring together the culinary talent, exceptional service, and contemporary take on Asian-fusion dishes that have made Kooma an area food destination to the heart of Conshohocken,” said Kat MacNeil, Kooma’s Director of Operations.

“We look forward to introducing our fresh approach to sushi, noodles, and stir-fry, and traditional entrees in a speakeasy-vibe setting to our new neighbors, from the sushi novice to the seasoned connoisseur,” MacNeil said.

Timings

Kaede features an intimate layout with nine tables and a six-seat sushi bar, serving both lunch and dinner.

The restaurant will be open from Tuesday to Thursday, starting from 11:30 AM to 3 PM and 5 PM to 9:30 PM. On Friday and Saturday, the eatery will be open from 11:30 AM to 10:30 PM. On Sundays, it will open from 12 PM to 8:30 PM.

With a modern take on Asian-fusion cuisine, Kaede Sushi & Noodle Co. is set to be a go-to spot for visitors looking for authentic flavors in a new dining experience.
