A pair of esteemed restaurateurs are nearing the finish line on one of their newest concepts. Philip and Kate Ferro, hospitality professionals with impressive resumes, will be bringing Steel City Brewing to the East Lincoln Highway next year, reports the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The restaurant will be opening in a former YMCA building located at 132 East Lincoln Highway, owned by Mark Milanese. The Ferros are working with Milanese and his company, Milanese Remodeling, to develop the space. While a precise opening date is not yet available, the Steel City Brewing team is aiming to open in the first quarter of 2025.

Steel City Brewing will provide locals with a relaxed environment to enjoy a good drink and a good meal. The ground floor will feature a traditional restaurant setting. Guests looking for a bit more recreation for their night out can stop into the basement, where they’ll find a beer hall, complete with dartboards and pool tables.
