When construction at Bethlehem’s Westgate Mall, 2285 Schoenersville Rd., is completed they’ll welcome three new food service tenants. According to lehighvalleylive.com, 50,463 sq. ft. of the mall’s existing interior will be demolished to make way for a freestanding bank with a drive-thru and a strip mall that will house a Starbucks, which also has a drive-thru, a Jersey Mike’s, and a QDOBA. There will also be a retail space that has yet to be named.

The strip mall will fall between Weis grocery store and the main shopping mall. It will also create vehicle access at the rear of the site. The three quick-service locations are a part of phase 3 of a major redevelopment at Westmate Mall.
