Fast and healthful fresh fish bowls will soon be available at Rehoboth Marketplace, at 19287 Miller Rd., Suite 1B in Rehoboth Beach. Cape Gazette reports that a Poké Bros will open in the shopping center in March in between Pete’s Steak Shop and Weis Markets. The quick-service poké bowl chain’s website also lists “coming soon” locations in 11 Summit Square Center in Langhorne, PA, 400 S. State Rd. in Springfield, PA, and 300 NJ-73 in Marlton, NJ.

The founders of Poké Bros. discovered poké bowls, which originate from Hawaii, during a trip to California. They started their company in 2016 by putting their own stamp on poké bowl recipes. Poké Bros. offers signature bowls, like the Johnny Utah with salmon, avocado edamame, cucumber, masago, OG sauce, and sriracha aioli, or build-your-own bowls. They also serve mochi ice cream.
