One of the world’s most popular coffee chains will soon be providing Forks Township with the caffeine and cake pops it needs to get through the day. N3 Real Estate & Development will break ground on a new Easton Starbucks this fall, reports local media outlet 69 News.

The coffee giant will be occupying a completely newly constructed building at the intersection of Sullivan Trail and Town Center Boulevard. The store will feature a drive-thru, to accommodate customers in a hurry.  Interior construction is set to begin in October or November. No estimated opening date has yet been announced.

Starbucks will be one of three new businesses opening on that lot. The java paradise will be neighbors with a Chase bank and Jersey Mike’s, both of which are slated to open in September. The site previously housed a Rita’s Italian Ice and a Big Boys Grill.

Starbucks has been the undisputed king of coffee since opening its doors in Seattle in 1971. The chain quickly achieved global domination, expanding to more than 35,000 locations worldwide. Starbucks serves a wide range of both hot and cold coffee drinks. Additionally, the restaurant offers breakfast sandwiches and an array of bakery treats.
