One of the top restauranters in the game is preparing to bring a little extra Starr power to the Atlantic City dining scene. Stephen Starr is opening a new restaurant in the Ocean Casino Resort, reports the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The hospitality superstar is rolling the dice with a new, unnamed concept at 500 Boardwalk. The ink is barely dry on the deal and information is still relatively sparse; however a spokesperson for the casino states that the restaurant will focus on comfort foods like pigs-in-blankets, meatloaf, and pierogies. The eatery will be serving breakfast and lunch.

A precise opening date is not yet available, however the restaurant should be open in time for guests on summer vacation to grab a meal.

Starr, like many Philadelphians, has a strong connection to Atlantic City. A post shared on the Ocean Casino Resort’s Instagram page quotes Starr expressing his nostalgic enthusiasm about returning to the region, saying: “It feels like a full circle moment for me to work on restaurant projects in Atlantic City, a place where I formed some of my finest childhood memories, both at the beach and on America’s most popular boardwalk, where I worked as a teenager.”
