The Sugar Rose Bake Shop will open at 1292 Greensprings Dr. York, PA 17402 before the year is finalized, according to the company website. A What Now Denver interview with Owner Crystal Caron is forthcoming.

The Sugar Rose Bake Shop prides itself not only in the high quality of its baked goods and lunch items but also in its wide array of offerings tailored to its customers’ diets and restrictions. For example, despite providing fresh-baked pies, candies, cake pops, truffles, and cupcakes — all of which are seemingly stocked with sugary, buttery goodness — The Sugar Rose still ensures patrons with keto, vegan, gluten-free, and diabetic needs are well taken care of.

What’s more, the mouthwatering menu doesn’t stop at what’s itemized. In fact, The Sugar Rose explains that they’re more than willing to satisfy requests for goodies not yet displayed on their website.

The Sugar Rose’s new home at Gabe Plaza finds them surrounded by Gabe’s — a low-cost retail merchandiser; Grocery Outlet; and Planet Fitness amongst other smaller establishments. Just outside the plaza resides a Burger King, Five Guys, and Pizza Hut. It appears The Sugar Rose will be the only eatery of its kind in the immediate surrounding area.
