2025 is going to be an exciting year for Drexel Hill brunch enthusiasts. Turning Point Restaurant-a well-established chain known for its fresh and delicious daytime meals- is opening a new location in the neighborhood later this year.

Turning Point founder and CEO Kirk Ruoff tells What Now Philadelphia that the popular breakfast, brunch, and lunch spot will be making its new home in the Drexeline Plaza Town Center. Ruoff explains that Turning Point is still in the permitting stage for the 5100 State Road space, which will undergo renovations to welcome the incoming eatery.

Ruoff believes that the Drexel Hill neighborhood has a desirable mix of community and visibility that he believes will complement Turning Point’s unique brand of cuisine. He explains: “It’s a lot of variables; the demographic aligns with our customer base, which is pretty broad. We like the new shopping centers, they get a lot of attention and a lot of visibility from the road.”

Turning Point invites guests to select from an impressive array of breakfast, brunch, and lunch favorites. The vast menu features sweet and savory  options, as well as a stymying range of java drinks, for that caffeine kick.

While Turning Point’s Drexel Hill location is still in the early stages, residents won’t have to wait too long to dig into a delicious morning meal. Ruoff anticipates opening the new storefront in late summer.
