Business partners A.J. and Nikki Mitchell and Kyle Randell are hoping to open Twisted Tees, an all-inclusive indoor beer garden, at the Wind Creek Outlets in June, according to local media outlet Lehigh Valley Live.

The Mitchells and Randell hope to make Twisted Tees into a fully immersive experience for families, providing food, drink, and entertainment under one roof.  The 8,000 square foot establishment will fill the space vacated by Charming Charlies.

A.J. Mitchell describes Twisted Tees vision to Lehigh Valley Live as “an indoor beer garden type of feel with a high end country club meets Bethlehem Steel” energy.

The establishment will capture the beer garden experience by featuring  a 12 tap bar,  with Birthright Brewing Co. providing the beers, a billiards table, bocce, quoits, cornhole, and other games. Twisted Tees interior design will favor a modern-industrial look, including leather seating, steel fixtures and plenty of large mirrors.

The indoor beer garden’s menu will feature traditional bar food. Guests can enjoy appetizers, burgers, sandwiches, and pizza.

Twisted Tees joins Trap Door Immersive Experiences and Angry Jack’s Axe Throwing Club-also owned by husband and wife team, the Mitchells-on Wind Creek Outlet’s lower-level. The trio of establishments seeks to provide a base of recreation to complement the retail experience.
