A local restaurant group is bringing Bethlehem a holiday gift in the form of fresh, hot chicken. A new Wingstop is set to open on the South Side this winter, reports local media outlet WFMZ.

The latest location of the popular chain comes courtesy of Talon Restaurants LLC. The 602-614 East Third Street storefront is aiming to begin greeting customers in mid-December.

Talon Restaurants LLC has considerable experience and history with the Wingstop brand. The hospitality group already owns and operates ten locations of the popular concept.

Founded in Garland, Texas, in 1994, Wingstop has managed to stand out in the crowded chicken dining landscape through its fresh and flavorful wings. The chain has expanded to include more than 2,200 locations globally.

The Wingstop menu prominently features boneless wings and chicken sandwiches. Customers can also enjoy an array of fries on the side, ranging from seasoned fries to Louisiana Voodoo Fries. Other sides include Cajun Fried Corn and veggie sticks.
